About The Job Reporting to the CSO, the Senior Strategist will lead the strategic efforts for a renowned automotive brand. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and market insight. Collaborating with creative, account, and data teams, you will ensure strategies are culturally relevant and consumer-focused, aiming to innovate, differentiate, and resonate across all touchpoints, from digital to experiential campaigns.

What You'll Do

Owner Strategy:

Develop owner loyalty and retention strategies.

Customer Journey Mapping:

Work with analytics to map consumer journeys and identify key touchpoints.

CRM and 1:1:

Create and optimize membership reward programs and incentives, packaging owner benefits via direct marketing.

Market & Consumer Insights:

Analyze data and trends to inform strategies and uncover growth opportunities.

Client Collaboration:

Build strong client partnerships, translating business objectives into actionable strategies.

Thought Leadership:

Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to strategic vision.

Performance Measurement:

Develop KPIs, monitor campaigns, and iterate strategies for measurable impact.

What We're Looking For

3-5+ years in owner, loyalty, and retention program development (agency or client-side).

Experience with automotive, luxury, or premium brands is highly desirable.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and digital ecosystems.

Ability to translate data into compelling brand narratives.

Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Excellent presentation skills with logical and insightful storytelling.

Familiarity with CRM, digital platforms, and multi-channel campaigns.

Compensation & Work Environment The salary range is $60,000-$140,000 USD, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package. Our hybrid work model involves teams in the office about four days a week, with accommodations available upon discussion.
