Industrial Powertrain Solutions (IPS) : (~$2.6B or 43% of revenues) The IPS segment designs, produces and services a broad portfolio of highly-engineered transmission products, including mounted and unmounted bearings, couplings, mechanical power transmission drives and components, gearboxes and gear motors, clutches, brakes, and industrial powertrain components and solutions. Increasingly, the segment produces industrial powertrain solutions, which are integrated sub-systems comprised of Regal Rexnord motors plus the critical power transmission components that efficiently transmit motion to power industrial applications. (~$1.6B or 27% of revenues) The PES segment designs and produces fractional to approximately 5 horsepower AC and DC motors, electronic variable speed controls, electronic drives, fans and blowers, as well as integrated subsystems comprised of two or more of these components. The segment's products are used in residential and commercial HVAC, water heaters, commercial refrigeration, commercial building ventilation, pool and spa, irrigation, dewatering, agricultural, conveying and other applications.

Automation & Motion Control (AMC):
(~$1.6B or 27% of revenues) The AMC segment designs, produces and services conveyor products, conveying automation subsystems, aerospace components, precision motion control solutions, high-efficiency miniature servo motors, controls, drives and linear actuators, as well as power management products that include automatic transfer switches and paralleling switchgear. The segment sells into markets that include industrial automation, robotics, food and beverage, aerospace, medical, agricultural and construction, general industrial, data center, and other markets.
SCOPE OF LEADERSHIP ROLE
The Director of Controls & Compliance will lead a global team of six individuals and will serve as a key liaison and business partner with Regal Rexnord's Segment CFOs and Controllers and Business Unit Finance Directors, providing oversight and proactive support on internal controls and compliance matters to ensure the appropriate application of the Company's processes and controls, accounting policies and US GAAP, and consistency throughout the organization. This role will also help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including establishing standardized processes and deliverables and leveraging technology and tools to provide Corporate Controllership greater visibility on segment and business unit financial results and compliance with controls and policies.
The Director of Controls & Compliance role reports to the Assistant Corporate Controller with significant visibility to various stakeholders throughout the Company, including the Corporate CFO, the Corporate CAO, VP of Internal Audit, Segment CFOs and Controllers, and Business Units Finance Leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Corporate, Segment and Business Unit management to evaluate and enhance the internal control environment across the organization, including assessing and implementing opportunities to better leverage technology in the design and operation of internal controls. • Maintain the controls matrix. • Perform annual scoping for SOX testing in partnership with IA. • Act as a key business partner between Segments / Business Units and Corporate Accounting team to drive enhanced communication around accounting issues, limit "fire drills" during quarter ends, and improve accuracy of financial reporting. • Partner with Internal Audit team to ensure timely remediation of control deficiencies. • Maintain and update (as necessary) the risk control matrix (i.e. standardized listing of financial controls). Monitor completion of key financial controls at Regal Rexnord global sites on a quarterly basis and report out to the Assistant Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. • Ensure compliance with Regal Rexnord accounting policies, understand trends in the business, and identify unusual transactions through quarterly meetings with Segment CFO's and Controllers. • Support assessing and/or implementing internal controls for new accounting pronouncements, systems implementations, new business initiatives and any new Company acquisitions. • Partner with Regal Rexnord's IT team and Segment and Business Unit leadership to assess and ensure the appropriate design of IT general controls. • Assist with Business Unit Finance and Operations teams with control deficiency assessments and remediation efforts. • Perform balance sheet reviews for certain locations in connection with or in addition to those performed by the Segments/Business Units. • Drive continuous improvement in various reoccurring financial processes within the Controls Team and Segments through the increased utilization of technology and tools, implementation of standard operating procedures and other efficiency measures, while embracing Regal Rexnord's 80/20 principles. • Support the implementation of the global OneStream account reconciliation and task manager tool, including design, user acceptance testing, and training, which is targeted to be implemented in second half of 2026. • Monitor completion of statutory audits to ensure timeliness with local requirements. Identify target entities for statutory auditor alignment with select audit firms and lead coordination efforts between auditors, Corporate, and local foreign entity. • Coordinate with and support external auditors with data requests during quarterly reviews and the annual audit. • Manage, develop and provide appropriate coaching and support for team of 6 global employees (2 US employees, 1 APAC employee, 1 Mexico employee and 2 EMEA employees) • Visit and assess control environments at different locations each year.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Master's degree in Accounting or MBA is strongly preferred. • Certified Public Accountant. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant and progressive accounting/audit experience. Large public accounting and/or large US public company experience strongly preferred. • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site responsibility preferred. • Previous experience with SOX. • Excellent communication skills, ability to quickly establish a personal brand within the organization to drive cross functional collaboration and influence resources outside one's direct responsibility. • Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives, changing direction along the way to achieve business objectives. • Commitment to coaching and mentoring staff to enhance the proficiency, competencies and long-term development of the team. • Motivated by and thrives in a fast-paced environment with frequent ad hoc requests and changing priorities. • Proven ability to be hands on, roll up sleeves and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, results-orientation. Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regal Rexnord's 80/20 principles. • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Oracle ERP system, SAP, Hyperion, and OneStream is a plus. • Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Compensation:
$129,400 - $201,500
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
