Project Manager
to lead multiple electrical construction projects ranging from $3.5M to $5M annually. You’ll be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, from pre-construction planning to final delivery, while ensuring financial success, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. Lead 3–5 active projects from pre-construction through closeout Ensure safety, quality, and financial targets are met Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client communications Develop project execution plans and manage documentation Mentor assistant PMs and project staff (10+ team members) Coordinate with GCs, vendors, and internal departments Forecast monthly financial performance and manage scope changes Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of successful electrical construction project experience Proficient in Viewpoint, ACCUBID, Bluebeam, MS Office OSHA 30 required; PMP certification preferred Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills Willing to travel (With some overnight stays) Salary Range: $105,000 – $155,000 DOE 401(k) with Company Match Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Professional Development Support Company Vehicle or Allowance Hit apply or reach out to me directly below if interested.
