Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$64,043.20 annually
Shift:
Hourly Full-Time
What's the Job?
Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, and repositioning components
Support plant operations by performing emergency and breakdown maintenance as needed
Reference equipment manuals and technical literature to ensure proper repairs and installations
Work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results
Accurately use measurement and test equipment to troubleshoot and solve problems
What's Needed?
At least 5 years of industrial electrical experience and/or a 2-year Industrial Electrical Degree
Ability to perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam system repairs
Proficiency in using measurement devices and test equipment accurately
Strong teamwork and communication skills to keep supervision informed of issues
Commitment to maintaining a food-safe processing environment and waste reduction practices
