Extrusion Pelletizer/Material Handler

Job Description Summary This employee transfers scrapped coils from the production floor to the pelletizer area. Weigh and transfers of re-pelletized resin to the warehouse.

This employee also performs routine maintenance on pelletizer and is responsible for the upkeep and 5S of the pelletizer. Also performs other duties as assigned.

Justification Job Duties & Responsibilities*:

Transfer coils from the production floor to the pelletizer Feed coils into pelletizer Adjust pressure settings on pelletizer as needed Change screens on pelletizer as per schedule Use of forklift, to move coils and resin gaylords Use of scales to weigh- rein gaylords and coils Use of computer to check the location, inventory and routing/ordering of parts Perform routine check and cleaning of pelletizer. Perform safety forklift checks Pay Details:

$12.00 to $13.50 per hour
