Staffmark is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a client located in Jersey Village, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience operating and adjusting CNC screw machines and mills.
Pay: $26/hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Days)
What We're Looking For:
Seeking a skilled operator who can run screw machines, make machine adjustments, and ensure quality output. Looking for someone experienced in on-machine programming and setup for CNC mills using MAZAK Smooth Control. Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. Set up machines and perform necessary adjustments. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Load/unload raw materials and finished components. Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools. Understand and edit G-code as needed. Monitor tool wear and make offsets when necessary . Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance. Adhere to ISO standards and all company safety policies. Maintain accurate production records. Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
