Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are achieved. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost tracking and reporting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites. Supervise and provide guidance to on-site construction teams. Review contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
