Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist for a part-time contract (1-4 months) role focused on billing and collections. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a knack for managing financial transactions efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection, contributing directly to the financial health of our organization. This position is 100% onsite and will average around 24 hours per week. Pay for this role will range between $19 and $23/hr.

Responsibilities:

Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely manner Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve billing discrepancies Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts Maintain accurate records of all billing and collection activities Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve issues Prepare regular reports on collection status and outstanding balances Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $23.00 per hour
