seeking a talented
Finance Associate
with at least two years of experience to join its
Banking Practice
in the San Diego office. This group advises on complex financing transactions and is particularly active in the
private credit, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and gaming/hospitality finance sectors . The role offers exposure to a wide range of borrower, arranger, and direct lender matters within a collaborative, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Represent
lenders, borrowers, arrangers, and direct lenders
in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Advise on
private credit, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and sector-specific deals
(including gaming and hospitality). Draft, review, and negotiate
credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary finance contracts . Manage transaction processes, including
due diligence and closing mechanics . Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups on complex corporate finance matters. Qualifications: Minimum of
2 years of finance experience
in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance. Strong
drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills . Excellent academic credentials. Admission to the
California Bar , or ability to practice in California. Strong interest in working within a
collegial and growing finance practice . Compensation (Cravath Scale)
