Adecco is hiring immediately for Maintenance Techs at a local client in McCalla, AL. Maintenance Techs do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with rates starting at $21.63 - $35.90/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will support Operational Performance Metrics, support annual operating plans, perform 5S audits and develop ideas for Kaizen and participate in implementation.

Requirements:

1-2 years' experience required

High School Diploma/GED

Advanced technical training - mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC

Clear understanding of lean principals and the application of lean tools

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and Weekends

Pay Details:

$21.63 to $35.90 per hour
