Job Posting: Metal Fabricator/Welder

Job Summary:

This position operates various pieces of equipment to fabricate materials per customer specifications in conjunction with quality requirements, safety standards, and manufacturing philosophies within a team environment. The role is responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, or other instructions. Shift & Compensation:

1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $25/hour (Based on Experience) Essential Job Functions:

Work from and interpret detailed sketches, drawings, blueprints, routings, and product specifications. Produce high-quality products with superb craftsmanship. Create custom fabrications from Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Mild Steel for commercial and industrial clientele. Ensure on-time delivery of fabricated metal products. Maintain production standards consistent with established quality expectations. Maintain a heightened level of focus on safety. Practice good housekeeping and waste management practices. Secondary Job Functions:

Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of experience in metal fabrication. Industry-relevant experience. Working knowledge of fixturing and weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.). Strong MIG and TIG welding skills. Motivated with a strong ability to learn. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and interpret shop and design drawings. Proficient in layout and measuring. Knowledge of hand tools. Skilled in grinding and detailed finishing. Experience in cutting, sawing, and bending. Industrial forklift operation experience. Crane operation experience. A technical degree is preferred. Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Hand dexterity and strength. Safety-conscious mindset. How to Apply:
