Your Day-to-Day:

Manage Project Document Library

Maintain Project Management Plans

Organize and analyze Project Data

Update Project Status Reports

Communicate with Vendors, team members and stakeholders

Assist in managing Risk and Operating Experience

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules

Participate in and occasionally lead Project Meetings

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cost estimates

Track and report project status for actions, documents, implementation, etc.

Prepare for project audits

Follow the project process flows and complete or arrange for the completion of, predecessor and successor tasks.

Meet a schedule of deadlines while still maintaining a high quality of work

Ensure the project plans and management documents are prepared, approved, communicated, and maintained

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

High School Diploma or equivalent, required.

Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or vocational school such as electronics. Without a degree, must have 2-5 years' experience in project management processes or nuclear experience.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Knowledgeable of client's project management processes including knowledge of the PMI-PMBOK and INPO 09-002 Excellence in Nuclear Project Management, preferred

Be able to pass criminal background, drug/alcohol screen (including medical and recreational marijuana as well as CBD oil), and employment testing.

Local to the area, no relocation or per diem offered
