Front Office Supervisor (Part‑Time) – Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport (Job Number: HOT0C18P)
Position Overview Our hotel features 174 guest rooms and is located two miles from Orlando International Airport. You will manage a team of 20+ front‑office staff reporting to the Front Office Manager.
Responsibilities
Assign work and supervise team member performance in all Front Office procedures including, but not limited to, guest check‑in and check‑out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services and determining room rates and availability
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members
Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly
Qualifications
2+ years in customer service
Ability to work varying shifts including overnights
Previous supervisory experience at a hotel front desk
OnQ experience highly preferred
Shift Pattern Weekdays, weekends and holidays: 2–3 shifts per week (3 PM–11 PM and 11 PM–7:30 AM)
Pay & Benefits $18.50 per hour plus opportunity to earn incentives.
