Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr

We operate in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, and space control markets and serve the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) with a layered Missile Defense System (MDS) to protect U.S., allied, and friend forces from missile attacks across all flight phases.
Responsibilities If selected, you will provide technical support for the MDA Technical, Engineering, Advisory and Management Support (TEAMS)–Next Specialized Engineering Analyses (SEA) contract. You will support the MDA Advanced Capabilities (AC) organization, focusing on the development of the MDA Science and Technology Roadmap, identifying future technologies that close MDS capability gaps, and ensuring integration of MDS requirements into technology development.
Identify technologies that can help close MDS capability gaps.
Identify Models and Simulations (M&S) that are appropriate for assessing future technologies and develop M&S requirements and assessment plans.
Lead the contractor team supporting development and delivery of the MDA Science and Technology Roadmap, coordinating with MDA’s Future Architecture Roadmap and other DoD priorities.
Interface with the MDA Chief Architect and Warfighter to ensure integration of top‑level MDS requirements into MDS technology development.
Seek out and identify innovative technology solutions from commercial and defense industries to satisfy critical gaps in the MDS.
Basic Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, physical sciences, or computer science.
At least 5 years of full‑time professional experience in a technical field related to missile defense and/or technical analysis of a complex DoD weapon system.
Must be eligible to obtain or have an active SECRET clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Must be able to work at our customer site on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer at least 7 years of relevant professional work experience.
Works independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks, applying engineering rigor to solve engineering/scientific problems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and MS Office automation tool proficiency.
Prior experience analyzing one or more MDS elements or components including IR or RF sensor systems, missiles, space systems, communications systems, Battle Management, Command and Control, and missile tracking systems.
Experience developing M&S requirements, M&S Verification Validation and Accreditation, conducting complex analytical studies, assessing advanced concepts, and evaluating threat intelligence information.
Prior experience interpreting and applying DoD technology policies and strategies.
Experience with MDA Systems Engineering processes.
