Game Day Playmaker (60%)
Be the captain of the match experience—hype up the energy, ensure fun, and deliver the TOCA vibe players won’t forget. Engage with players on the pitch, explain rules, and keep everything running smoothly. Enforce the rules to keep games fair and flowing, while prioritizing fun. Player & Guest Experience Coach (25%)
Be the friendly face of TOCA—greet players, keep things positive, and make everyone feel part of the team. Share information on upcoming games, leagues, and events to foster community. Stat Tracker & Gear Guru (15%)
Keep track of game time, player attendance, and key stats. Ensure equipment is game-ready (e.g., no deflated balls, proper jerseys). TOCA Culture Champion (100%)
Demonstrate TOCA’s values—play hard, care deeply, grow together, strive for excellence, and create awesome experiences. Your Skills On The Field
You’ve played high school soccer (or higher—bonus points). Refs experience acceptable; USSF license is a plus. You are a natural leader who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments. Compensation & Perks
