We are hiring an Integrated Project Manager – Creative & Events to join a top fashion retailer. This onsite role can be based out of their NYC or San Francisco office. This position will run for 12 months with potential to extend.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day project workflow for both creative and events—building timelines, managing dependencies, and facilitating approvals. Lead cross-functional collaboration across design, copy, content, production, and event teams. Run internal reviews, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met at every stage of development. Oversee production timelines for creative assets, including branding, environmental design, video, motion, and social content. Manage the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring all assets are aligned to brief and timeline. Act as liaison between creative teams and internal stakeholders to maintain clarity and momentum. Manage the project lifecycle for internal and external experiences—activations, summits and conferences, installations, and events. Collaborate with producers to ensure creative deliverables are integrated into fabrication and logistics workflows. Support pre-production, run-of-show development, and wrap documentation for key moments. Facilitate clear communication across all project contributors and departments. Translate strategic and creative briefs into actionable plans with clear owners and deadlines. Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and changes. Track scopes and timelines against allocated hours, budgets, and team bandwidth. Support project resourcing, flag constraints, and recommend adjustments when needed. Help maintain internal project documentation, calendars, and reporting tools. Help to onboard agency and vendor support as needed, managing invoices and budgets. Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management within an in-house agency, creative studio, or brand experience team Skilled at managing integrated projects across creative, content, events, and experiential disciplines Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines A clear communicator who builds trust, navigates ambiguity, and keeps everyone on the same page Experience with event and meeting logistics, vendor management, and live production Fluent in tools like Asana, Airtable, and similar PM platforms If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
