Director, Investor Relations
As the Investor Relations Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing FBIN's investor relations strategy. You'll be a key liaison between the company and the financial communityensuring transparent, consistent, and compelling communication with shareholders, analysts, and potential investors. This position is instrumental in strengthening investor confidence, enhancing market visibility, and supporting the company's long-term financial reputation. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with the VP of Finance and Investor Relations to develop and implement a comprehensive IR strategy aligned with FBIN's business goals. Integrate marketing, finance, and communications to deliver a clear and compelling narrative of FBIN's performance and future outlook. Design and manage an annual investor relations roadmap that supports corporate strategy. Organize and participate in investor roadshows and targeted conferences alongside senior leadership; prepare presentations and talking points. Investor & Market Communication Safeguard and elevate FBIN's credibility and market perception relative to peers and indices. Lead communications around financial results, strategic transactions, and other key business developments. Ensure consistency and alignment across all external messaging, including investor materials and public disclosures. Oversee the content and functionality of the Investor Relations section on FBIN.com. Market Intelligence & Analysis Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and channel partner dynamics. Track and summarize sell-side analyst reports; cultivate relationships with key analysts. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and the Board on shareholder composition, analyst coverage, and stock performance. Financial Reporting & Disclosure Lead quarterly earnings processes in collaboration with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Communications teams. Maintain a deep understanding of analyst models and valuation methodologies. Manage databases and tools that support IR analytics and reporting. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with current shareholders and analysts. Identify and engage with prospective investors aligned with FBIN's strategic goals. Foster connections with financial media and trade publications to amplify FBIN's story. Compliance & Governance Ensure full compliance with NYSE regulations and SEC requirements, including Regulation Fair Disclosure. Uphold the highest standards of transparency, accuracy, and ethical communication in all investor interactions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 10 plus years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications, with a demonstrated track record of leadership. 5+ years of management experience required. Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and investor engagement. Excellent strategic-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely. Proven ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and senior executives. Strong working knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications MBA and/or CFA designation preferred. Experience working in a publicly traded company. Expertise in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
