Base pay range $97,500.00/yr - $145,700.00/yr

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the St. Louis area.

Utilize The Collective Company’s resources and marketing tools to generate leads and grow your client base.

Qualifications

Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri

Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and neighborhoods

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction

Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
