Additional Job Information:
Preference will be given to individuals with ability to read and write line programming in Win Control and create graphics for a functioning BMS system, understand HVAC Plants equipment design and functions, an understanding of computers, fiber and web based BMS systems and experience with KMC controls. Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, plus four (4) years of progressively responsible work experience in BMS controls. The successful completion of up to two (2) years of verifiable formal training in the trade (vocational, military, or indentured apprentice school) may be substituted for a like amount of the experience requirement.
