You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment throughout the facility and ensuring safe and proper operations. Our property has 1,574 rooms, is newly renovated, and is located in the heart of California's famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort. 2 years working maintenance engineer background. 2 years HVAC, plumbing, electrical working knowledge. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Key Responsibilities
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and conduct all required periodic and preventive maintenance on all engine room equipment, including boilers, chillers, pumps, electric motors, water softeners, electric generators, and hot water generators. Keep and maintain accurate operation records. Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention. Values & Attributes
