Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and value engineering options. Oversee bid solicitation and evaluation to select qualified subcontractors and vendors. Develop and maintain preconstruction schedules to align with project timelines. Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations during the preconstruction phase. Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the preconstruction phase.
