Responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategies for the full BBU product portfolio in the Asia Pacific region (SCA, SCAL, SCIL, SCT, SCAS and ASDJ). Responsible for socializing and implementing the global strategy. Communicate and advise technical product and R&D support researcher on project focus and regional support. Lead the short term (SRP) and long term (MRP) business planning process for the region and track the LBE and forecasts. Serve as the key point of contact between the region and VBS HQ. Principal Responsibilities

With the region and the HQ business management team, develop and attain the SRP and MRP financial goals at the region level. Support the regional affiliate initiatives to obtain these goals. Communicate global strategies and work with affiliates to support their implementation of these strategies. Prioritize time to adequately cover the agricultural business platform (BCE, BCP, and BST) initiatives, prelaunch management and commercial management of new Biorational solutions. Identify and develop business opportunities, create financial forecasts, develop segment specific marketing/business plans, and lead business unit branding strategies Analyze and interpret market research data to identify trends, opportunities and competitive threats to maximize the full BBU business in the region and for new commercial Biorational solutions. Assess and evaluate unmet market needs to coordinate and facilitate regional business expansion projects and global biorational projects. Participate in and provide guidance to the annual Pipeline, R&D and Regulatory programs Participate in cross-functional teams to achieve business and product development objectives for product life cycle management and new product initiatives. Evaluate and assist in licensing and acquisition efforts to complement existing portfolio and take advantage of new products and market opportunities for the BBU business. Participate in industry initiatives and organizations to keep abreast of the changes in the marketplace and adjust marketing strategies accordingly Experience

Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a marketing manager in an agricultural field, preferably with both conventional and biological product management. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of marketing, promotion and demand creation. Strong background in branding, integrated media, and/or agricultural chemical products a plus. Proven track record as an independent thinker, communicator, collaborative work ethic and the ability to work across complex organizations and cultures. Experience in global agricultural markets, especially Asia is a plus. Education

Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or agricultural field, is required. Location and Travel

Location: Global business headquarters in Libertyville, Illinois, with a hybrid telecommuting policy of up to 20% per month. Travel: Up to 50% What We Offer

Base Salary: The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,300 to $190,300. Individual pay is based upon location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
