This is an inside sales role with strong earning potential. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll manage a designated territory and focus on identifying new opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions across industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, consultative selling, and being part of a fast-moving, high-growth team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outreach (phone, email, virtual meetings) to engage new and existing customers Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations around technical products and services Deliver virtual and in-person product demos, presentations, and proposals Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client solutions and close business Track opportunities and account progress within CRM and sales pipeline tools Maintain strong vendor/partner relationships and stay informed on product changes and industry trends Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales metrics Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of inside sales or business development experience in a product-based industry Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus Mentorship from experienced sales leaders Collaborative and supportive team culture Modern, remodeled office space Clear growth path within a national company Start Date
