Collaborate with the Store Manager to provide operational leadership within the assigned location. Leverage merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout the area. Serve as a leader and mentor to new and existing Hobby Lobby team members, ensuring their success. Requirements
Previous retail management experience. Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment. Open to relocation for promotion. Compensation
Starting salary range: $65,000 to $67,600 plus bonus annually. Benefits
