Operations Shift Manager, Nights Location:

Work Schedule:
12PM - 8AM, Monday - Friday with weekends as needed

As an Operations Manager, you'll develop strategies, set and achieve objectives, and lead teams effectively. You will provide feedback, coaching, and motivation to team members and oversee the operations of a 24/7 facility.

As part of our plant leadership team, your daily responsibilities will include:
Enhancing product safety, quality, and team safety and satisfaction
Evaluating and improving work processes
Mastering workflows involving specialized, state-of-the-art equipment
Managing and improving productivity
Building and maintaining rapport and relationships
What you bring to the table:
A four-year degree in a related business or technical field such as food science, operations management, engineering, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in production management or supervision within the food processing industry
Significant experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Mechanical aptitude
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to manage both salaried professionals and hourly production staff in executing complex operational programs
Ability to work a varied schedule
