About the Role Are you a detail-driven paralegal with a passion for
intellectual property law ? We’re looking for a
Trademark Paralegal
to join one of the world’s most respected law firms, supporting clients in the
Technology, Life Sciences, Finance, and Energy
sectors.
In this hybrid role, you’ll manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios, work directly with attorneys and clients, and coordinate with foreign associates worldwide to protect valuable IP assets.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, file, prosecute, and monitor U.S. and international trademark applications
Manage global trademark portfolios and coordinate with foreign associates
Conduct trademark searches using USPTO and Saegis
Track renewals, maintenance deadlines, and TTAB proceedings
Prepare copyright filings, assignment and security interest recordations
Maintain docketing and manage daily mail and case tracking
Research IP law and draft legal memoranda
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of trademark paralegal experience
Strong experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution and maintenance
Knowledge of USPTO, Madrid Protocol, and foreign filing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, docketing tools, and legal research databases (Westlaw, Lexis)
Exceptional organizational and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative team
Compensation Depending on location and experience
