Support logistics functions, including Order Management (reviewing/responding to retailer inquiries via email/phone, releasing orders, creating payment requests, rate shopping and quoting, scheduling pickups with carriers). Learn how the entire Supply Chain operates, use analytics to make data-driven decisions, and communicate effectively. Collaborate with brick-and-mortar (B2B) retailers, provide pre- and post-customer support, and act as a liaison between logistics and Warehouse, Sales, Marketing and Quality Control on order-specific tasks. Support cross-functional, company-wide OKRs and participate in mentorship and coaching to support career development. What you bring to the table
