About the Role We seek a hands‑on, data‑driven
Marketing Leader
with expertise in B2B demand generation, ABM, content creation, and multi‑channel campaign execution. This role drives brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth, collaborating with sales and an SEO agency to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & ABM
Develop and optimize multi‑channel ABM and demand generation campaigns (1:1, 1: few, 1: many).
Manage email, social, paid media, events, and offline campaigns to generate leads.
Leverage intent data and insights for audience segmentation and personalized messaging.
Oversee email marketing, automation, and CRM (HubSpot) to enhance lead nurturing and engagement.
Content & SEO
Manage website, social media channels, blogs, short/long‑form videos, case studies, webinars, and presentations for different industry verticals.
Work with sales and leadership to develop compelling messaging and brand storytelling.
Manage and align with SEO agency to optimize marketing efforts.
Provide sales teams and leadership with account insights, engagement data, and lead intelligence.
Ensure CRM and automation data support lead tracking, scoring, and conversion.
Performance & Optimization
Define and track KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI.
Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies accordingly.
Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics for measurement.
Events & Internal Communications
Support trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer events to build brand awareness.
Lead internal communications, events, and employer branding efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in B2B marketing, focusing on demand generation, ABM, content, social media program development and management, paid media, and campaign automation.
Proven success in ABM frameworks (1:1, 1: few, 1: many) and multi‑channel campaigns.
Hands‑on experience with website management, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong content creation, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, leadership, operations, and agencies.
Experience with generative AI for content creation and creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
