Job Opportunity: Physician - Gastroenterology in Columbus, OH
Join a thriving Gastroenterology practice dedicated to serving a growing patient network in a modern facility located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbus, Ohio. Our hospital offers a beautiful healing environment, having opened its doors in 2019, and is designed to support a blended practice of outpatient care, endoscopy, and inpatient coverage.
Job Responsibilities:
Practice on a single hospital campus. Blend outpatient office, endoscopy, and inpatient care. Utilize a large, established referral base within the medical group and community partners. Provide consultative hospital services. Receive dedicated APP support. Operate in a patient-centered, team-based environment. Work with EMR - EPIC along with onsite Lab and X-Ray services. Participate in a call rotation of 1:4, including some weekends. Advanced Endoscopy training is preferred but not required. Encouraged applications from GI fellows. Qualifications:
Board Certified in Internal Medicine (HIGHLY PREFERRED). Board Eligible or Certified in Gastroenterology required (within 1-5 years of eligibility). Valid Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain). BLS and ACLS certifications required. Advanced Endoscopy training (HIGHLY PREFERRED). 3-5 years of outpatient Gastroenterology work experience preferred. License and Certification Requirements:
Ohio medical license (or suitable plans to obtain). BLS and ACLS certifications required. Must disclose if visa support is needed (J1 or H1B).
