Arborist Crew Leader

Compensation & Benefits:
$33.00–$53.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and proper maintenance of equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
Lead by example with a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude on the job site.
Supervise and manage crews under direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
Ensure crew members are trained for each designated job assignment.
Maintain compliance with industry and company standards.
Communicate with clients, answering questions and building relationships.
Promote a passion for nature and the outdoors.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of tree climbing experience (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree‑care industry.
Valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred).
Ability to work outdoors year‑round in all weather conditions.
Proven initiative, positive attitude, team‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
Experience supervising crews is preferred.
