Hourly Rate:
$22-$24 per hour (based on education and experience)
We are seeking an experienced, passionate preschool teacher to lead our Infant Toddler classroom at our premier preschool in Carlsbad. What You’ll Do
Oversee daily classroom operations and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations.
Design and implement thoughtful, intentional lessons that encourage student growth and development.
Build meaningful relationships with families and foster a welcoming school culture.
Collaborate professionally with other teachers and staff.
What We’re Looking For
12 Core ECE Units in Early Childhood Education or an awarded CDA in the assigned age group.
Infant and toddler teachers must have 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units completed or an awarded CDA in infant and toddler.
Minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to carry and lift 25 pounds or less frequently and occasionally lift 25‑50 pounds.
