Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Apex, NC. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision to behavior technicians, and delivering parent education. The BCBA will work closely with children with autism to improve social skills, communication, daily living abilities, and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis

Proficiency in Parent Education and Behavior Management

Background in Psychology and understanding of autism spectrum disorder

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with families

Experience in developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans

Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field preferred
