Lithia Ford Lincoln of Boise is now hiring a Shipping/Receiving Clerk. Pay is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Open to part-time or full-time schedule. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service Maintaining accurate parts inventory Assisting with routine audits, parts organization, and tracking Shipping, delivering, and receiving parts orders Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with wholesale and retail customers Assisting all customers promptly and professionally Maintaining parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, and recording the location Conducting perpetual bin audits Maintaining a delivery board with departure times and destinations Maintaining a detailed delivery log when handling returns and funds Assisting in physical parts inventory annually Delivering parts to technicians or part recipients Maintaining a clean and organized work area Notifying parts manager of damaged parts or shortages Answering telephone and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner Completing all applicable Lithia and manufacturer training required for certification Maintaining a clean parts department Maintaining a clean delivery vehicle Driving cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road Qualifications: Automotive dealership service experience is a plus Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and detail oriented Working knowledge of computers We offer the best-in-class industry benefits: Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision plans Paid holidays & PTO Short and long-term disability Paid life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee stock purchase plan Lithia learning center Vehicle purchase discounts Wellness programs High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
