Serve as the point of contact and integrative responsibility for all aspects of assigned contract furniture projects, from inception to final close-out and invoicing. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all tasks, critical dates, client and third-party interface and relations, performance quality, customer satisfaction, budget, and project administration for each assigned project. Responsible for the entire business transaction for each project and assigned account.
Job Description
Specific Responsibilities and Duties: Provide a point of contact for the customer regarding all project communications. Maintain professional customer interface and client relations throughout the project. Responsible for customer sign-offs, approvals, and formal paperwork. Project Planning, Coordination, and Management Establish overall project scope and manage dealer/manufacturer team to ensure coordinated effort. Direct, coordinate, and manage task assignments and completion for the entire internal team. Develop work plan, schedule, and logistics based on overall project parameters, schedule, scope, and customer’s goals. Review project site, plans, and product specifications. Assist in developing budgets, quotations, and presentations; present to the customer. Provide technical consultation to the customer and their team. Serve as a point of contact and coordinate with client and all third-party firms (broker, owner representatives, A&D firm, contractor, cabling vendor, building manager, electrician, other trades, client's facility and IT groups, movers, etc.). Project Administration
Maintain detailed project documentation, including key decisions, customer requests, and revisions. Provide timely, formal written communications to the client and internal team, including weekly status reports. Manage accurate record-keeping, including sign-offs, approvals, and key decision records.
