Part‑Time Medical Director — OBOT Clinic

AppleGate Recovery, a division of BayMark Health Services, offers evidence‑based medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder in a patient‑centered environment. We seek a qualified physician to lead our OBOT clinic as a part‑time Medical Director.
Primary Job Functions
Admit and manage patients receiving buprenorphine treatment.
Perform history and physical examinations.
Continuously monitor patient dosages in collaboration with the Treatment Center Director and counselors.
Consult on high‑risk patients and conduct annual medication reviews.
Supervise nurse practitioners and complete monthly chart reviews.
Other related duties as determined by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Board certified or eligible in any specialty.
Licensed to practice in Kentucky.
Minimum six months of primary‑care experience.
Knowledge or training in drug rehabilitation preferred.
Compassionate interaction with a diverse patient population.
Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
