About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced
Senior Product Manager
to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of our next‑generation technology hardware solutions. This role combines strategic vision, technical fluency, and business leadership to bring innovative, professionally installed products to market. As the owner of product direction and success, you’ll collaborate across engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to define the roadmap, shape customer experiences, and ensure our products deliver exceptional performance, reliability, and value.
Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a multi‑year product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
Own the P&L for assigned product lines, driving profitability, pricing strategy, and investment decisions.
Be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance of assigned product lines.
Develop clear business cases and ROI models to support portfolio growth and new product development.
Product Development & Execution
Translate customer and market insights into detailed product requirements and feature priorities.
Partner with engineering and operations to guide concept‑to‑launch execution, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
Balance innovation, cost, and quality to deliver competitive, high‑performing hardware solutions.
Go‑to‑Market & Lifecycle
Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go‑to‑market plans, pricing, positioning, and launch strategies.
Manage demand forecasting, SKU optimization, and inventory planning throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor performance post‑launch and lead initiatives to optimize revenue and product mix.
Customer & Market Insight
Act as the voice of the customer and channel partners, integrating feedback into roadmap decisions.
Stay ahead of market, technology, and competitive trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Represent the company at key industry, customer, and partner events.
Requirements
8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading hardware or connected technology products.
Proven success managing complex, cross‑functional product programs in B2B or B2B2C environments.
Strong business acumen with hands‑on experience in P&L ownership, pricing, and financial analysis.
Technical fluency in hardware design, connectivity, and system‑level architecture.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Preferred Experience
Experience working with distributors, system integrators, or installation professionals.
Background in connected devices, IoT, or smart home solutions.
Success in This Role Means
