Performance Marketing Manager
to build and scale a high‑performing digital marketing engine from the ground up. In this hands‑on, high‑impact role you will own campaign architecture, channel optimization, data tracking, and funnel performance. You will also manage external partners for creative execution and work closely with senior leadership and sales to ensure marketing investments directly drive revenue. Responsibilities
Launch and manage paid programs across search, social, and display. Test, optimize, and scale campaigns to hit CAC and ROI targets. Build reporting that clearly ties spend to pipeline and revenue. Oversee attribution and lead‑scoring systems across HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad platforms. Run a constant test‑and‑learn loop across creative, messaging, and audiences. Own tracking, reporting, and analytics across all digital channels. Build live dashboards that make performance visible and actionable. Set up campaign tagging, UTM structures, and lead routing workflows. Partner with RevOps to keep data, CRM, and automation in sync. Lead external agencies and freelancers across creative and paid media. Manage vendor budgets, contracts, and scopes of work. Ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals and performance insights. Audit and improve the customer journey from first click to closed deal. Optimize websites and landing pages through A/B testing and experimentation. Leverage AI tools to automate, personalize, and scale campaigns. Partner with Sales and Product to turn GTM goals into measurable marketing execution. Support new launches and campaigns that fuel qualified pipeline. Bring performance insights to leadership, linking marketing impact to business results. Requirements
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in B2B digital performance marketing or growth marketing. Proven track record managing paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and delivering measurable ROI. Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and paid media platforms. Deep understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and lead routing. Highly analytical—able to build reports and translate data into actionable insights. Experience managing external agencies or freelancers to deliver creative and campaign objectives. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. Familiarity with SaaS or industrial technology markets is a plus. Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary of $80,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience), plus bonus potential, equity, and unlimited PTO.
