Join our Regulatory PMO as a
Regulatory Project Manager , where you'll lead high-impact regulatory initiatives—including rate cases and filings—that shape the future of our organization. This role offers visibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership across departments.
Reporting to the Regulatory PMO Head, you will manage the full lifecycle of regulatory projects, ensuring compliance, alignment with enterprise goals, and timely execution. Ideal candidates bring strong project management skills, regulatory knowledge (especially within utilities), and the ability to drive cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead planning and execution of regulatory projects, rate cases and regulatory filings
Manage cross‑functional teams and project governance
Support multi‑year regulatory programs and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements
Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of project development and delivery
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy Policy, Project Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of project management experience
Proven regulatory experience in a utility or regulated industry
PMP certification (or ability to obtain within a short timeframe)
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PM tools
We offer a competitive salary range of $94,000 to $136,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
