Position Summary
Being a part of our international faith-based organization you will control our server in our data centers around the world by installing, patching, maintaining, and decommissioning. You must be a strong communicator who is effective at working with a team to be able to deconflict elaborate problems to achieve the desired outcome. This is a volunteer/supported position and a member of the Information & Digital Technologies team reporting to the Technology Infrastructure Manager.
Position Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software. Monitor server performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations. Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other server-related services. Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues and outages. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to support business operations. Document server configurations, procedures, and policies. Position Requirements
