with the ability to build a long-term business backed by one of the most recognized names in insurance. What You’ll Do Grow a book of business in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. Lead client development, sales, and service. Build and manage a team as you prepare for your own agency. Complete University of Farmers® training to sharpen business and sales skills. What We’re Looking For P&C licensed
(or willing to obtain quickly). Leadership or management background (business ownership, team leadership, or sales management). Entrepreneurial drive with financial readiness to transition into ownership. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. What You’ll Gain Compensation:

work full-time
