with the ability to build a long-term business backed by one of the most recognized names in insurance. What You’ll Do Grow a book of business in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. Lead client development, sales, and service. Build and manage a team as you prepare for your own agency. Complete University of Farmers® training to sharpen business and sales skills. What We’re Looking For P&C licensed

(or willing to obtain quickly). Leadership or management background (business ownership, team leadership, or sales management). Entrepreneurial drive with financial readiness to transition into ownership. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. What You’ll Gain Compensation:

California Property & Casualty license

(preferred)

or ability to obtain within 45 days Minimum

1 year of sales, business development, or management experience Proven ability to

generate leads, build relationships, and close sales Strong communication and presentation skills (phone, text, and in-person) Self-motivated and organized with consistent follow-through Ability to

work full-time

and complete Farmers’ onboarding/training program Basic computer literacy — CRM, email, quoting platforms Must live in or be willing to commute to
