CCB QA Lead , Functional Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
end-to-end QA process
for CCB applications, including test planning, execution, and reporting. Define and implement
functional test strategies, test cases, and test scripts . Coordinate with
business analysts, developers, and product owners
to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and best practices. Conduct
functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing . Track and report
defects, risks, and quality metrics
to stakeholders. Ensure testing aligns with
CCB domain standards and compliance requirements . Collaborate with automation teams to identify opportunities for test automation. Drive
continuous improvements
in QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in
Software Testing / QA , with at least 3+ years in a
lead role . Strong expertise in
functional testing
methodologies and tools. Hands-on experience in
CCB (Consumer & Community Banking)
domain applications. Proficiency in
test management tools
(JIRA, ALM, Zephyr, or similar). Solid understanding of
SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management . Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies . Excellent
communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
skills. Nice to Have:
Experience with
automation testing frameworks
(Selenium, UFT, Cypress, etc.). Knowledge of
SQL / database testing
for backend validation. Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.). Banking domain certifications or ISTQB certification.
