This key leadership role is perfect for a proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter with a robust background in financial operations and administrative management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align organizational goals. Oversee personnel policies and manage a dedicated team of 24 employees. Engage in comprehensive budget preparation and investment management. Ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Drive compliance with various operational requirements. Provide oversight for employee benefits. Qualifications: A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in decision-making roles related to administrative and financial matters. Demonstrated proficiency in financial operations, including a solid grasp of balance sheets, budgeting, and financial statements. Strong organizational skills with a keen passion for business system analysis. Proactive management style complemented by excellent communication skills.
