About the Role
The Company is actively seeking a dynamic Vice President of Finance and Operations who will significantly contribute to the strategic and operational success of our nonprofit advocacy and research organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align organizational goals.
Oversee personnel policies and manage a dedicated team of 24 employees.
Engage in comprehensive budget preparation and investment management.

Drive compliance with various operational requirements.
Provide oversight for employee benefits.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in decision-making roles related to administrative and financial matters.
Demonstrated proficiency in financial operations, including a solid grasp of balance sheets, budgeting, and financial statements.
Strong organizational skills with a keen passion for business system analysis.
Proactive management style complemented by excellent communication skills.
