Growth Marketing Manager
to design and scale EBANXs global demand generation engine, driving the acquisition of enterprise tech companies expanding into emerging markets (LatAm, Africa, Asia). This role covers the full
B2B demand gen spectrum
with a strong focus on
outbound
and complemented by
inbound
including
paid and lifecycle strategies, Account-Based Marketing, channel/partner marketing, and digital performance
(campaigns, funnels, content, marketing ops, and digital properties). You will also shape EBANXs presence at
demand gen-oriented trade shows
across North America, EMEA, and APAC. What Youll Do Demand Generation Machine
Build and scale EBANXs
global demand gen engine . Establish and consolidate outbound and inbound strategies in North America, EMEA, and APAC. Drive top-of-funnel performance for new brands, upsells, and partner channels. Execute
ABM programs
that create meaningful engagement with enterprise-level prospects. Leverage
partner co-marketing and industry events
to generate qualified opportunities and strengthen EBANXs brand. Paid Media & Lifecycle Campaigns
Plan, create, and optimize
paid campaigns
across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, programmatic, and industry-specific channels. Manage
always-on campaigns
for demand generation, plus seasonal and product-specific pushes. Own
lifecycle marketing : nurture campaigns, retargeting flows, and pipeline acceleration initiatives in close collaboration with Sales. Drive
lead scoring, funnel nutrition, and conversion tracking
to maximize ROI at every stage of the funnel. Run
experimentation and A/B testing
across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and nurture flows. Website & Digital Properties
Own EBANXs
website strategy and roadmap , ensuring it operates as a high-performing
SEO/GEO conversion hub . Lead
continuous optimization
of the website to drive lead capture, improve UX, and increase conversion rates. Collaborate with design and dev resources to ship new pages, features, and experiments quickly. Build scalable workflows for
content updates, analytics tracking, and technical optimizations . Operations & Leadership
Own EBANXs martech stack : Hubspot (MKT CRM), Storyblok (CMS), Hotjar, GA, Tableau, and automation workflows. Define, track, and report KPIs
across lead volume, opps, conversions, new TPV, and revenue. Align GTM execution
by collaborating with Commercial, Product, PMM, Brand, and Events teams. Lead, mentor, and grow
a high-performing team of specialists in paid media, content, ABM, analytics, and marketing ops. Oversee and manage external agencies , including paid media and website operations. What Were Looking For
Experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with a strong focus on acquisition and demand generation. Experience in a leadership role, managing multifunctional teams and driving cross-functional projects. Expertise in
paid media (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, ABM campaigns)
and lifecycle marketing. Strong background in
website operations : SEO, A/B testing, UX optimization, roadmap management. Proficiency with
Hubspot, Salesforce, Hotjar, GA, and website CMS . Analytical mindset, strong project management, and ability to execute with limited information. Fluent English; Spanish is a plus. Nice to have: knowledge of the
payments industry
and in the
