Are you a strategic sales leader ready to make a measurable impact in the automotive aftermarket? Join our high-performing North American Aftermarket Sales Team in Torrance, California, where you'll drive commercial success in the turbocharger service replacement business. In this pivotal role, you'll lead growth initiatives across key OEM accounts and aftermarket distributors, while actively uncovering new business opportunities in the industrial space to exceed revenue and material margin targets. You'll be at the forefront of shaping Garrett's aftermarket strategy in North America-partnering with the NA Sales Director, global stakeholders, and a diverse network of external partners.

Responsibilities Include:

Sales and Business Development Accelerate Revenue and Margin Growth.

Lead the charge in achieving sales, material margin, and product mix goals by partnering closely with North American customers. Shape and execute strategic sales initiatives and promotional campaigns that deliver measurable results. Expand Market Reach.

Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities through channel development, OEM account expansion, and customer acquisition. Take ownership of launching Garrett's new service model for large-frame turbochargers in the marine, energy, and genset sectors-positioning North America as a growth engine. Deliver Actionable Market Intelligence.

Provide timely, data-driven forecasts and market insights to key stakeholders-including the NA Sales Director, Product Manager, Marcom team, and Demand Planning & Forecasting. Your input will fuel smarter decisions and sharper strategies. Strategic Account Management

Set and Drive Customer Objectives.

Define annual targets and development plans for key accounts. Lead all commercial interactions to ensure alignment with Garrett's business goals and long-term growth strategy. Customer Advocacy & Satisfaction.

Take ownership of global coordination on customer issues. Monitor performance against key supplier metrics and lead cross-functional efforts to resolve challenges swiftly and effectively. Ensure Seamless Operational Execution.

Partner with Customer Support Team to guarantee accurate and timely delivery of turbocharger parts, maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction. Deliver on Financial Commitments.

Own the achievement of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets, including sales forecasts, gross margin goals, and accounts receivable performance through proactive commercial oversight and strategic decision-making. Marketing

Amplify Brand and Sales Impact.

Partner with the Marketing team to craft and execute high-impact campaigns that elevate Garrett's brand presence and drive sales across diverse customer segments and verticals. Lead Strategic Event Engagement.

Represent Garrett at key distributor and industry events-including occasional weekend engagements-to deepen customer relationships, boost visibility, and reinforce our leadership in the turbocharger aftermarket. Drive New Product Introductions.

Support the launch of new turbocharger products with targeted go-to-market strategies and promotional plans that align with business objectives and accelerate market adoption. Basic Qualifications:

University Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a business / commercial discipline Minimum of 10 years traction within commercial leadership roles bringing: Strong track record in development of sales to a channel of dealers and distributors. Omni-Channel experience preferred within automotive, aftermarket. Ideally coming from automotive aftermarket industry. Experience working within international environments (multicultural) as well as complex matrix organizations.

Accomplishments include: Developed and implemented Channel Development strategy and action plan for multiple markets and/or verticals. Led a distribution network expansion plan through active prospection on the field, preparation of value proposition and market potential analysis. Developed network performances and improved dealer quality through tailored training programs, marketing and merchandising initiatives, other.

Pay Range

The salary range for this role is between $102,700 and $140,000.

*Note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, education, training, and/or experience.
