As a Mechanical Engineer II, you have a strong career ambition and expertise in designing and developing mechanical systems for various building types. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct load analyses, equipment sizing, and design of ductwork, plumbing, hydronic, and fire protection systems. Your leadership, technical expertise, and customer-focused approach will drive successful project outcomes.

Deliver Results

Design and analyze mechanical systems, including load calculations, equipment sizing, and hydronic and fire protection systems, consistent with company standards. Coordinate project documentation, technical components, and cross-disciplinary efforts to avoid conflicts in design and delivery. Utilize design tools and technology, including Revit and AutoCAD, to prepare detailed models, drawings, and specifications. Monitor project scope and schedules, providing updates and resolving inconsistencies with the Senior Mechanical Engineer. Lead team meetings, participate in code compliance reviews, and promote lessons learned for process improvements. Assist in preparing engineering proposals and monitoring project budgets and schedules. Maintain high client satisfaction and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program or equivalent in education and experience. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with current license

OR

ability to obtain a PE. NCEES registration and NSPE membership preferred. 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering with diverse project experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Project, SharePoint, and Teams preferred. Preferred Qualifications

CSI-CDT certification (training provided if needed). LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP certifications.
