The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role supports production uptime through preventive maintenance and quick response to equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Install, adjust, and replace motors, bearings, belts, sensors, and other machine components. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to identify issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in a timely manner. Support production teams by ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred. 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
