As a Commodity Manager, you won't just manage purchasing - you'll lead strategic sourcing decisions that drive cost savings, supplier innovation, and long-term performance across mission-critical product lines.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy comprehensive purchasing strategies aligned with site and division objectives. Lead sourcing and supplier selection efforts across key commodities. Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Negotiate long-term agreements and optimize supply chain operations through VMI, safety stock, and logistics solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks and support new product introductions. Continuously drive cost reductions and supplier innovation without compromising quality or stability. Report on supplier performance and contribute to global purchasing initiatives. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Purchasing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in purchasing or sourcing within a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar). 4+ years of leadership experience in international or matrixed environments preferred. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across borders in a matrixed organization. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel for procurement analysis and reporting. Experience in contract negotiation and managing commodity risks. Background in aerospace industry procurement and supply chain strategy preferred. Strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Why Join Our Mission:
