The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance & Analytics to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the long-term financial strategy, overseeing financial planning, and driving data-driven decision-making. This leadership position requires a strategic vision for finance and analytics, with a focus on integrating financial insights into the overall business strategy to support growth and operational excellence. The role involves guiding enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as leading a team in monthly and quarterly financial reporting. The VP will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of data fluency and accountability, and will be expected to evaluate and influence business performance through regular KPI reviews and strategic planning sessions. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Analytics role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience, with a strong background in consumer or retail financial planning and analysis. A proven track record of at least 5 years' in people leadership, including team development and management, is essential. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analytics, and cost control principles, with a background in FP&A, accounting, analytics, strategy, or investment banking.
