About Bureau. We were born out of years of frustration in the commercial workplace seeking last-minute meeting rooms, a quiet zone to focus, and a confidential call space. This led to a collaboration of business consultants, architects, and industrial designers with one of the world’s leading acoustics manufacturers to create stylish, architecturally designed spaces for the modern office that are versatile, ergonomic and soundproof. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Bureau. You will be at the front of our sales process, responsible for generating qualified opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and building the pipeline for our sales team. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be confident in outreach, and enjoy connecting with decision-makers to introduce Bureau’s solutions. What You’ll Do
Prospect and identify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and social outreach. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities. Schedule and set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives. Clearly communicate Bureau’s value proposition to potential clients. Track and manage all leads and activities in CRM tools. Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly qualified lead and meeting targets. What We’re Looking For
Approximately 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or in a similar lead-generation role. Based in New York or Dallas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage executives and decision-makers. High motivation, competitive spirit, and a strong desire to grow within sales. Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage multiple priorities. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
