Candidates must be positive, collaborative, and proactive with communication. Knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Meditech, is preferred. Weekend rotation is expected, with a requirement of at least two weekend days within a four-week block schedule. Regular holiday shifts are also part of the schedule.
